Camp Care Packages On Line Special

New This Year: “The Go-Getter” Camp Care Package
Camp care packages set your camper up for success! The Go-Getter Camp Care
Package is $20 and includes: GSMH Tote bag, GSMH Lanyard, camp themed fun
patch and charm, “Bite Me Not” insect repellent wristband, friendship bracelet,
lip balm, Girl Scout pin, and a Girl Scout postcard with pencil. Remember to
gear up your go-getter!

All Camp Care packages for Virtual Camp Camp will be mailed to your home. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. 

Care Packages for Silver Meadows, Latonka, & Finbrooke will be delivered to camp and be there when you arrive.

These Camp Care Packages will not be available for purchase in the Trading Post. This is an On Line Special Only.

There will be a hard deadline to order your Camp Care Package.

Registration Deadline is July 1st 2021

Financial Aid will not be available for your Camp Care Package.

Confirmations will be sent approximately one week prior to the event. Confirmations will be sent by email unless otherwise requested. If you do not receive a confirmation three days prior to the event date, please contact us. Do not attend an event without receiving confirmation from GS

Cancellation Policy
Changes and Cancellations: Events may be cancelled if the required minimum number of participants is not met. If the program is cancelled or moved to a different time or date, only those registered will be notified. If you must make changes to your registration information after you have submitted it, please e-mail info@girlscoutsmoheartland.org prior to the final registration deadline. 1) Substituting troop members will be allowed for programs. If you must make a substitution, please email info@girlscoutsmoheartland.org Refund Policy: If a cancellation is made before the registration deadline, you may receive a refund. If a cancellation is made after the registration deadline due to illness or family emergency, a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refund amounts will be determined within 14 days after the event. Refunds will be given if an event is cancelled by the council. Due to processing costs, all refunds of $5.00 or less will be issued as a GSMH Retail Shop credit.
